I did not receive my account registration email

Depending on your email application you may need to adjust your "Safe List" settings to allow incoming messages from reach@cdc.gov. For more information, please consult the Help documentation guides that are available within your email client.

How can I reset my password?

To reset your password, follow the link to Reset Password page here. On this page, you will enter the email associated with your OneLab™ REACH account and receive password reset instructions to this email.

How do I search and register for a course?

On the Training page, you may use the search box to search for specific courses. Once located, you will find the link to the course description page where you can launch the course, as well as the “Add to Favorites” button.

How do I launch a course?

After registering for the course, you will be able to click on the course for the course listing description. You will launch the course by clicking on the “Launch Course” button.

What is the preferred web browser?

For optimal performance, we recommend that you use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge to access the OneLab™ REACH page and courses.

How can I receive P.A.C.E.® credit?

On the course listing, you will find information on the P.A.C.E.® credits associated with the specific course, how many credit hours, etc.

Upon the successful completion of a course, the course will appear in your "Completed Courses" section of My Learner Hub. To access your certificate, click "download certificate" to the right of the desired course.

How do I obtain completion/P.A.C.E.® certificates?

Upon the successful completion of a course, your certificate will always be available in your user profile. To find your user profile, click on the “My Account” link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Then, click on the “details” button on the course for which you would like to see your certificate. You will see a “download certificate” button.

You can also access your user profile through a link in the “Certificates” section of My Learner Hub.

How can I return to a course that I started?

Under My Learner Hub, you will navigate to the “My Courses” section where you are able to view all registered courses.

For courses that have not yet been completed, you will click on the “Resume” button to pick up where you left off in the coursework.

How can I access a course that I have previously taken?

Under My Learner Hub, you will navigate to the “My Completed Courses” section where you are able to view all completed courses. You can retake the course by clicking the “restart” button. You can also access any course-related job aids and resources that were saved in your Library.

Can I access OneLab™ REACH from my mobile device?

Yes, you can access OneLab™ REACH on your tablet and mobile devices.

How do I sign up for a OneLab™ REACH account?

Navigate to Create a OneLab™ REACH Account in the upper right corner for the screen. Create your user profile and accept the OneLab™ REACH Policies, then complete the demographics survey. Click the “Submit” button.
